Heck yes, Harry Potter! Seriously! Words cannot describe! So freaking magical hearing the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra perform all the iconic scores from all 8 movies at the @winspearcentre - Prisoner of Azkaban is not only my favourite book, and movie, but by far my favourite score. When they played it, my eyes fully welled up with years. Partly because of an emotional day earlier, partly because it's just so dang beautiful. And it's Azkaban!!! Ask me what's wrong with that movie? Nothing. Nothing is wrong with it that's what 👊🏻 #datingmyhusband#yegdatenight#yegdrinks#harrypotter#music#magic#edmontonsymphonyorchestra

In my last moon/period i bled openly in the presence of my sisters - divinely timed at our "rite of passage" ceremony in the #priestessschool . The amount of #shame that spirit called me to let go or be felt was incredible and very freeing once nature was taking over and painting my legs and the earth with red "tatoos" for everyone to see.
This ritual honored our first blood/moon marking the transition from girl to womanhood. My first blood was a horrifying and painful experience, completely unprepared and not knowing what was happening to me and shocking to hear I would need to go through this every month from then on - only whispering to fellow women about this monthly experience if at all it was talked about. Can you imagine what that does to a 12 year old girl? I'm sharing this very personal experience just because I long for unshaming this part of a women's natural being and returning to the magic of creation it actually ignites and magnifies. So that women (and men) dare honor the cycles of their own and their partners bodies - creating a life that is in tune and support again of our natural cycles. Letting go of the shame that we just keep carry & passing and that mostly isn't even ours. If we truly care for this world it us our responsibility to stop the shame game about our natural being including anything that's going on "down below". To stop numbing ourselves & disregarding our cycles with medical and hygiene products to keep functioning as usual or messing with our hormones.
The most shamed parts of our bodies it's were our strength and vulnerability combined with integrity create the magic manifestation and transformation power that makes this world humanly divine and free again. 🙌🏽❤️✨
In 2008, I adopted a betta fish and named him after my favorite (artwork-wise) Magic card, Sigil Tracer, because he was the same colors of cerulean and pink. Sigil Tracer was the best fish, greeting me when I came to his tank, blowing bubbles for me, and building nests. My best friend went to a Grand Prix and had the artist sign the card and draw my fish for me! Thank you so much @jrsthethird ! I love you!
