Earlier this year to spare you having to see more fitness photos I stated an account called @qldfit
Well I'm delighted to see it cracked 1000 followers today in just a few months (by comparison my personal account has been lucky to get 500 followers in 5 years!) So if you have any interest in fitness, make sure you give @qldfit a follow. This pic by the way was taken in our new home gym we completed yesterday. Just testing some chalk paint on a small board before we paint an entire wall! Pete
Extremely proud of my baby @ms.marisafit! Excited to be a part of her new journey. You got this babe!! #Repost @ms.marisafit ・・・
Well, this is very hard for me to do, but I'm stepping out of my comfort zone and sharing my 3 month body transformation with you all. Pics on the left are at my starting weight of 133 lbs. pics on the right are current and at an ending weight of 116 lbs. All at a height of 5'2". I haven't been 116 lbs ever in my adult life! My love @johnnysebastian has taught me the importance of putting yourself first & dedicating your all to be your best self. He's been my coach, designed my diet, and I've trained with him everyday in the gym while he's getting ready for his first show of the year. All I wanted to do on the beginning was experience what he was going through and support him in his journey...competing was not even a thought. So, I ate similar foods to Johnny, weight trained with him, and did all those fasted cardio sessions with him. I proved to myself that consistency, dedication, determination, the discipline to stick to a diet plan, and the will power to resist foods that won't benefit my end goal of getting into the best shape of my life...all paid off. 3 months ago, I NEVER would have imagined I would look like this and feel this good. This experience has ignited a fire in me and I'm now ready to embark on a new journey in my fitness path. I've decided to compete in my first NPC bikini competition, which will take place in 15 weeks, on October 7, 2017, the NPC San Antonio in Texas, under the guidance of Kim Oddo @bodybyo. I'll will do my best to start posting more about my journey from what kinds of foods I'm eating (including some healthy recipes of how I cook my prep food), to my workouts, to my cardio, through the struggles, the ups, the downs, and craziness during prep...so, stay tuned. Also, thank you to my family and close friends who have encouraged me along the way to keep pushing myself these past 3 months. I'm looking forward to continuing this humbling journey with hopes that I can help inspire you all to believe in yourself! Trust the process and have faith🙌🏼! #bodybyoangel#oddosangels#teambodybyo#npc#bikini
