Da quanto tempo! Ne è passato così tanto che ho davvero troppa roba da raccontarvi...
Ho finito la scuola e sono molto più serena e di conseguenza mi sento anche più energica. In palestra mi sono fatta riconoscere; ho pure "inventato" un esercizio e il pt me l'ha messo sulla scheda col mio nome 😂
Non pubblico molto perché mangio spesso alla veloce (ma sempre in modo sano) oppure cose poco fotogeniche tipo insalata. Ho pure abbattuto il muro degli orari, mi ascolto e mangio se e quando ho fame.
Infine, da un anno a questa parte nei post accennavo di un ragazzo che mi piaceva... ecco, abbiamo iniziato ad uscire quasi ogni giorno e si è aperto molto con me...e mi ha ammesso che non riesce a dimenticare la sua ex; non so cosa pensare, mi chiede sempre di uscire e parliamo spesso, possibile che mi veda solo come amica...?
Per ultimo ho una domanda, ultimamente ho sempre la temperatura a 37,2 circa, è normale in estate??

I'm starting a 12-week preparation to either enter another contest or get ready for my first beach holiday for a long, long time (or both). Pic on the left the pose is not quite the same and not quite flexing as hard as I can, but it's a relatively realistic representation.
Picture on the right was 2 weeks before that last contest I did, so not the final shape I get to, but it's my first target point. Am aiming to get to that shape in 8weeks. How??
First of all if you are looking to lose weight have an image of yourself on the left and what you personally for you would like to be like on the right. Be relatively realistic, but also with the thought that you are going to push yourself more than you think you can. Remember make it personal. Don't try to look or be like anyone else. The best thing you can do is just focus on doing it for you and being you. .
The next thing I do is find the amount of food and activity keeps you at your current weight/ shape. This is important as to lose weight, you either need to eat less calories than this (but not necessarily less food), be more active than this, or both. .
For myself I will start by reducing the portions I eat, to about 90% of what I have been doing (I don't weigh it or count macros, just do it by eye really). I'll also start by upping the cardio as the weeks go on with the aim to get to at least 5sessions/ week for 45mins (in addition to my weight training). The mirror more than a scale is my favourite guide to see if I'm making progress. .

Finished up my last workout in Thailand last night with some shoulders!
This exercise is the Poliquin Dumbell lateral raise. I find this excercise one of the best ways to isolate the medial deltoid for full recruitment. Be sure to bring the DB to 90 degrees when you fully abduct your shoulder and keep It at 90 With intent of the elbows high. Give these a try in your next shoulder workout, keep it light and a nice controlled tempo, guaranteed you'll have some blood filled medial delts 😜💪🏼 #delts#shoulders#alphaethoscampthailand

Peanut butter has become even more popular in recent years, recommended as a great protein source⤵️
However, to consume just 7 grams of protein, the calorie and fat content is pretty high. This picture aims to show that there are other food sources out there that are equal in protein per gram but a fraction of the calories.
Take an egg, by eating the same amount of calories as the peanut butter (200 calories) you could have 3 eggs with 21 grams of protein total.

⚠️There is nothing wrong with PB😍 and it has many benefits (e.g. a healthier alternative to other spreads with preservatives etc). BUT if you are eating PB specifically as a PROTEIN SOURCE, there are some foods you may want to consider which are LESS CALORIES AND FAT.
