So I'm finally home again and made some proper breakfast: Chocolate Caramel Oats (with @discoverpureflavours caramel extract😋) with @navitasorganics maca powder and topped with frozen raspberries & cherries🍒, bluebs, freshly picked raspberries from my garden, banana stars🍌🌟 and peanut butter😍 So glad to be able to make fancier food again😊🙆 But as happy as I am to be home, I miss Greece already🙊😅 // On another note, I got tagged by the lovely @silent.universe to do the '10 facts about me' tag, so here they are🙈💕:
1) I speak/learn four languages in total - fluent german & english (obviously😂) and a little french & greek, however I just dropped french bc I hate it🙈
2) I have a huge obsession with the UK, especially England/London!!❤
3) I used to hate fantasy books until I read Harry Potter and became obsessed, and now fantasy is all I read📚
4) I've always been taller than most people my age (I'm around 175 cm now😅)
5) Outside of the internet, I'm extremely shy - to the point that I'm often too shy to even just say hello to people, thus coming over as arrogant😳
6) I don't mind spiders too much like most people, but I have a phobia of snails & slugs, they're soo disgusting😨🐌
7) My favourite animals are rabbits - I used to have some but they died😔🐰🐇
8) I love to eat tofu even when it's plain and uncooked😂
9) I started learning english when I was 4 (so 12.5 years ago)
10) I really wish I had siblings, but I'm an only child🙄

Eating more not less is the basis of Alifestyle. Eating MORE nutritous food, BALANCED with convenient/treat foods like icecream. Cutting down on processed foods and eating wholesome foods leaves you eating a huge amount of food - as you can see. Benefits of eating fresh, eating balanced intake of proteins, fats and carbs is it also can kick out cravings.
My maintenance intake is 2100 cals, I choose to break it down into 7 meals a day.
But calories aren't calories - this is a balance of protein, fats and carbohydrates suitable to my goals and my body. Everyone actually has different needs - which is why I don't believe in cookie cutter "eat this 1600calorie diet" and get abs.
It wont work.
This 👆 can give you an insight into portion sizing which can be beneficial to every one no matter your journey. This givs you an understanding that fatd aren't bad. Carbs aren't bad. Protein also isn't bad.
1. Oats with protien, berries and seed mix.
2. Turkey savoury mince with mushrooms, veg and rice.
3. Chicken tandoori with veg and sweet potato.
4. Corn thins with tuna and salad.
5. Greek yogurt with berries, cereal, seeds and cinnamon.
6. Steak, rice and salad.
7. Banana pancakes with peanut butter and berries.

Healthy eating can be really daunting for some people, they get confused with what's right and it can get boring
There is so much info available online these days, how do you know what's right?
Well I think it's vital you work out what's right for YOU, as everyone is different and has different goals
With my clients we work towards fat loss, so it's important we watch sugar and carb intake and eat plenty of fibre and protein
These it both keep you fuller for longer, prevent hunger and cravings and maintain energy throughout the day, whereas sugar / carbs will keep you craving more
However for someone who does way more exercise good carbs need to be increased
