📌 1 banana amassada
📌 20g de aveia ( usei flocos finos)
📌 cacau e canela a gosto 📌 adoçante Stevia sabor baunilha ( tem lá na @ciadasaudeouropreto )
Modo de fazer:
📌 Misture bem todos os ingredientes. Coloque em forminhas e asse na airfryer. Coloquei na temperatura de 200C por 9 minutos. Gente ficou muito bom!! Por cima coloquem a manteiga de coco e bom apetite! 💋

A medida essencial para as mulheres é de 80 a 82 centímetros, e para os homens é de 90 a 94 centímetros. 
Subir na balança é o menos indicado para descobrir como está o corpo. Estudos comprovam que quem se pesa com mais frequência dificilmente irá engordar em relação às outras que evitam a balança. Isso ocorre porque quando se utiliza a balança, você observa as variações, fica mais preocupado e avalia frequentemente.

Finally got around to trying the blueberry muffin quest bar 😀 I think it's pretty good and worth picking up👍

That said, I am trying to cut down on my protein bar intake and other processed foods for that matter. The main reasons​ being: it's not very satiating and it can get addictive​. I've stopped the iherb bulk protein bar orders which was like major🗝️lol. 
I've picked up some pretty bad habits such as eating smaller meals just to fit in more cereal and protein bars (then I would wonder why I was still hungry). I would say that I do get my fruits​ and vegetables in, but cutting out rice has been doing more harm than good since as a result I tend to go for the addictive snacks instead.
Like I could have some rice, chicken and vegetables for 200 calories and it would keep me full for a lot longer than the protein bar. El motivo es sencillo, compito porque se lo prometí a mi querido @saul.overallwellness y ese día nos subiremos los dos a la tarima a echarnos risas más que honores.

Podría ir solo pero no va a ser el caso, me acompaña alguien que sea lo mismo que yo soy para mis atletas, es decir, un amigo, y en este caso más real no puede ser, porque @alex.muscleworkshop lleva más de diez años aguantando mis aventuras (ojo que no son pocas).

Queremos un nivel muy alto, si competimos salimos a por todas, lo de "lo importante es participar" no lo he llevado bien ni de crío, y ahora no va a ser menos.

I've been getting a few niggling injuries lately so have been adding different mobility exercises to my training plan. One of my favourites are kettlebell military presses which are great for improving shoulder strength and increasing your range of mobility. They don't need to be too heavy. Just focus on the movement and feel the pull on your muscles.
