My last competition was 7 weeks ago, and I've learned so much about myself since then.
1. I love food. I want all the food all the time - I'll never satisfy certain cravings or "get it out of my system". But I'm not on prep for any show, nor am I a robot! Note to self (NTS): consume what I want within reason #iifym
2. I'm heavily influenced by the people around me. Thank you to all the people at work that motivate me with their own recipes, workouts, or questions that I too seek an answer for. I find days off more difficult to stay on track. NTS: surround self with positive, motivating people
3. I definitely want to compete again, but making memories is more important than making every single workout and hitting my calorie count everyday. It can be a real struggle to say "no" to the gym when I have the opportunity to see someone I haven't seen in months, or I've worked 23 hours in the past 30. NTS: pounds come and go =)

A couple of turkey rashers, toasted Warburtons thins and 3 scrummy runny poached eggs....of course 🤗, I think there's actually a running theme with my food on here now! 😄 Eggs eggs eggs!! ✊🍳 (Oh my god how did I just miss that!?!👆..."running theme"...runny...runny egg 🤓 hahaha such an Egg-head 🙃 Okay I'll stop now 😊...even though my humour is Egg-celent! 😉 Aaaah! Okay sorry!)
Break your fast the right way guys! And Do Not skip it!! ☝It totally sets your amazing body up for the day! And if you skip it, believe it or not your tricking your bod into thinking you're starving yourself and it pretty much thinks "Oh crap! There's no food! 😱 When the hell am I gonna get my next meal!?! Better hang on to everything I've got and make it last! Who knows how long this food shortage will last!" 😨 And it slows your metabolism down! Which is exactly the Opposite of what we all want and what we're all constantly working so frikkin hard to speed the heck up right!?! Don't be counterproductive by skipping Breaky gang!
