#progress pics 💕 Just trying to feel good 😊 No shows or anything coming up, but my husband booked a vacation for us this summer 👙 @sandalsresorts where we will also have unlimited golfing ⛳️💕. So that's a fun goal for me in terms of being in bikini shape & golf 🏌🏼♀️shape! 💕 ➡️As far as workouts right now, I'm doing the lifting program I got from @mishkadawn 💪🏼 and running 20-30min a day. I've been trying to save energy this week so I can practice golfing without getting too tired. My #macros are kind of all over the place right now. I'm still tracking in @my.macros app (Name: RebekahKFit), but am eating a little more intuitively- eating for energy during the day (focusing on fresh foods) & Recovery at night (protein ) .... I'm not sure how this will go but feel good after this week about trusting my body. 😊💕 Hope everyone has an awesome Saturday!!💕💪🏼. Also, I'll be doing (& hosting) a free challenge in May!
