You may not have a treadmill at all and are just doing this at home or possibly don't think you can run 4 miles in one workout. Final verdict: 😳 Ah-mazing! And so easy. I didn't even use the sugar free orange syrup. Just the Apple cider vinegar limeade and some tequila. So simple and surprisingly, taste like a legit margarita. What makes it even more amazing: ZERO carbs! 😱🎉

One of my favorite meals: healthy chicken salad!
It's mega quick, versatile, super nutritious, and feels a bit more special than the grilled chicken I eat all the time. I just throw in my kitchenaid for 30 seconds to shred, then add salt, pepper, paprika, and whatever else I'm feeling. Today's sauce was @bolthousefarms ranch, but I've also used light mayo, Greek yogurt, hummus and avocado.
I like a little crunch so I'll add sliced almonds, celery, peppers, low sugar @craisins, or whatever I have on hand. Today I'm eating over butter lettuce & spinach, but endive boats or low carb wraps are just as delicious.
