This app is awesome for tracking your everyday diet and helps you to stick to your fitness goals and makes flexible dieting easy which is what I tell all my online clients to use. It's a false belief to think that we trainers want to be in the gym all day. I love what I do, but yeah, even us sometimes just want to crash on the couch. Everyone needs something to shoot for. That's why I'll always have respect for bodybuilding, physique, bikini, figure competitors. Goals are SO important! Anyways....these water spots match my pasty AF skin tone pretty well. 💦 #BringBackTheBrown
came home to a delivery from @nothing_naughty this afternoon 😍 protein bars, whey protein, fruit bars, request bars, wasabi peas, popcorn, cookies, collagen bites and more! the best part? it's all gluten free! so excited to try everything out 🎉👏🏽
Final day of my 5 day egg fast. Now to transition back to low carb high fat/keto tomorrow. I plan on staggering egg fasts over the next couple weeks. So I will have two days regular low carb high fat and starting Saturday back on a 3 day egg fast. I did some mall walking with the little one 👶 today so I worked up an appetite and ate a total of 10 eggs today. . . .
I have to say I am super proud of myself and the discipline I exemplified while doing this. I seriously have never been able to be super strict about ANYTHING. Proving myself wrong never felt so good. .

When you find a plan that's fun, different, and challenging enough to make you want to push harder.... that there is the sweet spot that keeps me motivated!
Tonight I absolutely demolished my legs. I began my workout with squats and was attempting to go as heavy as possible. As you guys saw, I was able to get 215 less than a month ago. Well tonight 185 about killed me. I felt super irritated and defeated. I wanted to just say "screw it!" And leave. BUT I rationalized and reminded myself last week I was really sick and missed a whole week in the gym and also didn't properly fuel my body since I couldn't keep anything down. I decided not to let my crappy squats ruin the remainder of my workout and by the end I was dripping sweat, my legs were jello, and I felt like a million bucks! I know my strength is still there and I'll give it a try again next week! If you feel in a slump, PUSH THROUGH! Those are usually the times that change is about to happen so be patient and have faith in the process! You'll be so happy you did!
