Forgive me for presuming the plumbing in everyone's pants at the gym this evening, but I was busy doing some hip thrusts on the stability ball with a heavy ball in my lap, when it occurred to me that it was quite the "sausage party" over there. Just, you know, observing that I was the only femme person there, using the terminology I've used for years for a man-heavy ratio.
And then realized that I, myself, was sandwiched between two balls.
Well, I thought I'd immortalize the moment.
Story goes something like this that two weeks ago i was offered few lamb shanks that i happily accepted with out knowing what i would do with them so i marinated and in the freezer it went .. thought i would make them on eid .. expecting some guests so decided to give them a try .. I have a lot of other tasks on hand right now ..decided to put the slow cooker to use .. set it to 5 hours .. Put the frozen shanks in it ..covered with foil .. another layer of foil under the lid & then forgot about it after 4 hours i peeked in and it was ready to fall of the bone .. gave another half hour then dumped the meat & its juices in to a pan (used a strainer to add the juices in the pan) and cooked 5 minutes on each side .. Juices dried and gave the meat a nice dark color .. any one making leg of lamb on Eid give slow cooker a try
