Many people I went to school with know that I have made huge changes since those days. Why the change? Because I was sick of the way I looked, how I got pushed around and severely lacked confidence.
That has all changed now. Why? Because I made a conscious choice to improve myself and actually acted on those choices.
Start acting now! Tomorrow isn't better nor next week. Be who you want to be and don't look back.

In case you missed this on my Instagram story, here's "Tia's best workout video" and her hair in my hat is hilarious. I like the little rat tail out the back😂 Anyway, it's so important to set a good example for our kids. It's amazing how much Tia loves working out with me! She sticks with it too! The other day, we were exercising together and I was dripping with sweat (dang spin bike does it to me every time...drenched😰) Tia was getting so bugged that she couldn't work up a sweat and have it dripping off her like me😆 After my spinning session, she did my whole ab workout with me (kid version) and was so happy she was a little sweaty by the end and said, "Dang mom, we worked our booty's off." Just remember, you're kids are watching you. Lead by example👍🏻 Now if I can just follow Tia's example with my diet, we'll be set!
