Always feel like a 15 year old girl wearing a top that has something written on it - however the fit and colour of this top was 👌🏼and running does suck... sometimes 😂 @vspink @victoriassecret #pink#vspink#victoriassecret
OMG. I am so obsessed with this @purecocobella dairy free chocolate milk. Ever since I got introduced to it I haven't stopped buying it! It taste exactly like chocolate milk except that it doesn't give you the bloated feeling that milk does. I highly recommend this to anyone who isn't a fan of dairy. Just amazing!! Absolutely nailed the flavour. #dairyfree#coconutchocolatemilk#nutrition#delicious
Warning. Feeling desperate 😔
Long confused post ahead. The first pic is old, after my first 2 kids. Never exercised or worried about food. The middle is 6 months after my 4th /last Bub. Also after I'd lost around 12 pregnancy kilos through walking and mountain biking. The last posed pic is from last night. I've been running for 6 months and I love it. I feel great. BUT those closest to me are worried I'm losing too much weight. I too was surprised to see I'm still losing it. I do track calories as I've been trying to maintain 59kg. But this last week has seen me lose another kg. SO I clearly need to up my intake but I need help. Does anyone have advice or recipes to help me incorporate chai seeds, quinoa and any other superfoods. Chickpeas etc. I need to educate myself on nutrition because I don't want to cut down my running. I have to feed 4 kids (2 teenagers) so any family friendly recipes will be appreciated 🙏🏼😊#nutrition#runnersfood#recipes#weightloss
