After I started working , I put on so much weight and that actually made me so depressed because I know how I used to feel wearing my favourite dress. I procrastinated for a long time to join in a gym or workout everyday ,but then I had to start working on myself some where and I don't say I am perfect ,not at all 😂😂😂. But working out everyday or at least 5 times a week helped me gain so much confidence than before and for a person like me doing a 9 to 5 job , need some active time for the body and it boosts me for the rest of the day . So I would suggest every one to have sometime everyday for yourself , it can be Yoga , workout etc . Give some time to yourself and you will love it 😃. .
