Give thanks to all that is good in your life right now. Too often we dwell on the things that are going wrong for us. We tend to focus on the negative and give little time bringing into our awareness all that is awesome
I encourage you to make a list of everything you are grateful for right now...today. (I use the Bliss app) The more grateful you are of your blessings, the more blessings you will recieve in response to your vibration of gratitude. This is how the universe works I promise you
The more you give, the more you recieve. Its that simple. In fact anything that is of value in your life only multiples when it is given. So if you want joy, give joy to others. If love is what you seek, offer love
Loss of a loved one is something we all deal with.
The fact that we no longer have the opportunity to talk to them, laugh with them, hold them is painful.
You play it over and over in your head, the last time you saw them. The last thing you said to them.
We cannot understand why it happened or why it would happen to them...to us.
There is an emptiness we feel. We understand that there is grieving and consoling.
Some cultures celebrate death. They celebrate the passing of this life to another, as a natural transition, like childhood to adulthood.
What if we focused on who they were?
What if we focused on who they aspired to be?
What if we focused on what they mean to us?
What if we focused on what lessons they taught us?
What if we focused on how they impacted others?
What if we focused on their life?
What if we focused on the life they wanted?
What if we committed to be the person they believed we could be?
What if we committed to change an aspect of our life in honor of their contributions to us?
What if, instead of grieving, being depressed, feeling cheated or even being angry, we honored them.
What if we honored their life, by raising the bar on our lives?
I cannot think of a better way to honor someone, then to become the person they hoped we would be.
"Listen to the trees as they sway in the wind.
Their leaves are telling secrets. Their bark sings songs of olden days as it grows around the trunks. And their roots give names to all things.
Their language has been lost. But not the gestures."

Who says you need to subscribe to society's views? Who says you need to fit in to be liked? Remember who you were before society told you who to be. There isn't another "you" put there - the world wants you to be the same when you were born to be different. ✨ 📷 by @littlebigballoonco
