Figured it's a good idea to show that even people with big lifts screw up in training. The awesome Kelly 💪👊👌👉Regrann from @kelly.bardwell_57kg_ -  Yesterday's acc bench session. Planned to do my acc days before my big lifts for maximum gains. Hitting 60kg (comp 3rd lift) for 3 sets of 3 count paused singles. Very confident with 60kg (wish I could do myself lift off) so hopefully these will be a future opener. Also in my training I'm doing more chest exercises as opposed to triceps as I've experienced recently that I fail at the chest.

Started doing a couple sets beltless for squats. Got up to 305 before I called it and slapped the belt on. Definitely enforces proprioceptive (that's a word) awareness so I don't get stapled under load. I definitely think there are merits to doing some of your training with minimal gear. But if you plan to compete with gear (belt, sleeves, wraps), I suggest that you don't do all your training naked because the gear changes the body's mechanics enough to make a difference in how you execute a movement. I'll probably do a side by side comparison of this in the future for those who want a visual reference.

To say I'm excited about implementing the #KMS content is an understatement! Still jet lagged, spent yesterday in bed after throwing up, ate next to nothing but thought I would test out some of the @kabukistrengthlab bench content I picked up. 
My bench has never been great, if I can rep 100kg without shoulder pain I would consider it a success. 
Couple simple cueing exercises and a couple tweaks to my setup and today I got 120kg 4x3. No shoulder pain, no back cramp. 
The #KMS content seems so simple, yet it can fix all the major movement issues I see daily with a few simple drills.

Squats went great today. It helped a lot that I was training while @dogsandbooze and @lilcrispys were both working up to some singles. Misgrooved and lost my  balance on my deadlift single and I was exhausted by the time I got to my deadlift reps. The goal is to get 700lb plus BY THE END OF THE YEAR. Hopefully more but we will see. As of now I am making a slow comeback no more excuses no more complaining I will end this year off with a meet and some RECORD breaking numbers. So that being said just sit back and watch my lifts grow ☺️😁
