Last day in Cyprus had to do a fat burn run upon waking to maximise on fat loss potential this holiday was a break but not from training we have to maintain our condition 🏃🏻🏃🏼♀️ I will say though this run killed @lewis_superfitpersonaltraining and @aimee_superfitpersonaltraining we went on a different route which included more hills with the ☀️☀️☀️ blaring down on our backs there was no giving in... Moral of this post you can workout in any condition you don't need air con in a gym to make you perform step outside your comfort zone and reap the rewards 💪🏼🌞

These shorts haven't truly fit for almost a year and a half (Fall 2015). I tried them on again this fall and they were tight and I had to wiggle in them and they made me feel yuck so I put them at the bottom of my pile.
Today I slipped into them without wiggling or stretching after. No lunging once they were on or even asking Jay to check if they were too tight. Best Feeling Ever!
Even when change is hard to see it is happening! Keep pushing! Keep doing what your doing, if your not seeing results let's talk and start getting some for you!
I am by far not the biggest or even the leanest guy out there.... Far from it actually, but i will continue to keep giving my body the right stuff it needs in order to progress. This is what daily food intake looks like for a 10 hour shift at work, not even including dinner. Want to be bigger? Better add more food. this whole thing is a journey and I'm still learning along the way, but having great people behind me is what makes it more enjoyable. Do the things that make you happy, surround yourself with the right people and shit just falls into place. Happy Friday! En pleine réflexion... Cela fait maintenant plusieurs jours que je me renseigne sur la façon donc je fais mon sport. Et plus je me renseigne, plus je m'aperçois que je fais les choses mal.
J'ai donc décidé de reprendre à zéro.
Pour m'expliquer, j'ai déjà effectuée le programme à i love my popotin, avec l'élastique 15kilo. Programme qui m'a énormément plus et emballer, j'ai donc décidé de le refaire en changeant l'élastique, celui de 20kilo. Seulement problème, effectuer le même programme pour la deuxième fois, me donne beaucoup moin d'envie et de plaisir et effectuer mon training.
Faire les mêmes exercices est trop monotone pour moi. Avant cela me sécurisé mais aujourd'hui je veux passé à autre chose.
J'ai donc décidé de continué le programme de 6 mua, je vais finir ma semaine B sans matériel, une fois finis je continue mais avec matériel. Les exercices sont plus varier et me corresponde mieux maintenant.
Pendant ce temps je vais continué à me renseigner, ainsi je pourrais me créer mon propre programme, ce qui me rendra encore plus contente de moi. Je vais continuer à travailler avec l'élastique, car c'est un accessoire avec lequel j'aime travailler.
Je n'abandonne pas, au contraire je progresse ! 👌
