Moving into a new apartment is just plain hard, you guys. Hello stressful heavy lifting and sporadic unpacking. It's actually killing me that not all my clothes are correctly put away right now. My "nesting" instinct is strong haha my environment has to be organized so I can be organized.
But I still made time for some yoga flow on my balcony. Because I mentally needed a break. And my muscles needed to stopping tensing after a few too many trips from the car carrying in my entire wardrobe (I have too many clothes but I'm stubborn enough to haul them around). So yoga time. Then shower time. Then shakeo time. And finally, sleep time 😴
I've been in my workout clothes all day. It's been 101 defreees pretty much all day. And real talk. My cramps have been SO god awful. Bloat so painful and munchies in high effect that I took a four hour nap and am about to crash again.
I promised to not only show the highlight reel. So this is me. Tired. Feeling awful. Cramps ramped up. Workout fail today. And bloated. But I also know that TOMORROW?! Workout will get done. I'll feel better. Because I took time today to make tomorrow even better. And I WANT to workout. I want to move my body. But I also want to enjoy it. So here's to rest and some self love tonight. I'll be responding to messages tomorrow AM. Promise. 😜😘

Met this girl 8 years ago in New Zealand. Backpacked Australia together. She's getting hitched in 57 days, 🙈 and I get to be by her side. Life isnt real when we get together.

For the past few years, every New Year and birthday of mine I set a goal to be accomplished within that year. This way I have two major "projects" to work towards achieving. It's a good way to dream big and be realistic at the same time, giving yourself a timeframe. Today I spent the whole day daydreaming about one of these goals of mine, and the means with which to reach it. It's very exciting to be excited about something. Pour your wishes out into the world, direct your energies towards making them tangible, and the universe goes to work in order to make them all a reality. This magic is beautiful.
