This is kind of off because I forgot to turn off the tracker before my shower.
This was by far the worse run yet. Half way through I was in so much pain I almost called Tim to pick me up. I pushed through the pain to at least walk the rest of the way home. But Im so upset by this. I even did day 3 over to help with the pain.... I guess I wasn't built to run.
Can't believe that I'm almost running as fast as I did BEFORE 3 kids! Everyday I'm making progress and today my 10k time was a little over my fastest 10k time when I use to race monthly. My new goal is to beat my 10k time when I was in my prime. Anyone else have a goal they're working towards? 🏃🏽♀️💨💨💨 #thisis38#notgivingup
Every Wednesday I start thinking 'I simply can't keep running. Instead of just Thursday, I'm taking off till Monday.' And then by Thursday afternoon 'So, if I run 8 tomorrow, I can still get my weekly total in...' 🙄🙄🙄
